Hey @squarerootofone - What's up with the tennis courts by the rec turf?

I ran by the rec turf this morning, and I saw some guys out taking down the fence around the tennis courts. I asked one guy if he knew what was going up in place of the courts, but he wasn't sure. He said he thought that there was going to be a building there, but he didn't know if it was indoor tennis courts, or what. Do you know?
